Megastar Bad Bunny isn’t letting up in defending Puerto Rico against the racist comments delivered at Donald Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally over the weekend.

He posted a loving video ode to the island on Instagram, where he has 45.6 million followers, on Tuesday with the caption “garbage” — a clear rebuttal to comedian Tony Hinchcliffe’s demeaning description of Puerto Rico as a “floating island of garbage” on Sunday.

The 8-minute-long video, an introduction from his concerts in San Juan in 2021, highlights the achievements of Puerto Ricans and the island’s beauty.

“We have been fighting since day one of our existence, we are the definition of heart and resistance,” reads a statement in Spanish Bad Bunny added at the end of the video. “Here we go, here we are, and for those who forget who we are, don’t worry, we proudly remind you.”

On Sunday, the singer reposted a video of Kamala Harris talking about her plan to improve economic opportunities for Puerto Rico and criticizing Trump for withholding hurricane relief to the island.

Puerto Rican stars Ricky Martin and Jennifer Lopez also reposted the video of Harris on social media. Singer Marc Anthony posted on social media Monday reinforcing his support for Harris and bashing Trump for his record on Puerto Rico.
