Cavs ring in New Year with 122-110 win over LeBron James and Los Angeles Lakers
LOS ANGELES — The Cavs capped 2024 in fitting fashion.
Staying undefeated on this measuring-stick West Coast road trip, Cleveland topped the Los Angeles Lakers, 122-110, on Tuesday night, going into the new year on an eight-game winning streak — all of those victories coming with a double-digit margin, just the second time in franchise history the Cavaliers have won eight or more games in a row, all by at least 10 points.
